Custom Package FAQ

When will my order ship?

Holiday orders are tricky! Our top promise is that it will always ship in time to arrive for the holiday, but the exact when can shift. For example, if you order a Halloween Boo Bag in August and request a product that's out of stock but restocking 9/12, we'll wait for that product to arrive before shipping your bag. Conversely, if we have 50 Halloween Boo Bags to make in August, but someone places a Birthday Box order that they need in 5 days, the Birthday Box will ship before those Boo Bag orders. 

What if I don't like what you pick you?

Have no fear! That's why you always have the option to approve the package before shipping. That said, don't forget we work with toys for a living, so we have a solid pulse on on what kids of different ages tend to like, and we often get the feedback, "I never would have picked that and it's my kid's favorite thing."

What if I don't know what I'm looking at in the picture you send for approval?

You can always ask for more information! Or on the other hand, let it put a little smile on your face that you had us build the package for you. We know all of our 10,000+ products so that you don't have to.
