This 17” Penguin is so soft and cuddly. He has a very easy movable mouth and he is one of the most popular Animal Hand Puppets. Hand enters through the bottom of the puppet. Measures 17" tall and about 10" wide tail. Recommended for children ages 3 and up- but will fit most adult size hands.
